Yes, all the sessions are pre recorded and self paced. You would need an active internet connection and windows laptop/desktop to practice the course material. Mac users can also paritcipate but the course is explained on windows interface and equivalent keyboard shortcuts and formula might be different for Mac users (not covered in the course)
